Material 2.0335, also known as CuZn36, CW507L or C27000, belongs to the group of copper-zinc alloys (brass) with medium zinc content. This alloy combines good strength, ductility and corrosion resistance. CuZn36 is notable for its excellent cold formability, good polishability, and reliable soldering and welding characteristics. It is widely used in precision mechanics, electrical engineering, instrumentation and for decorative components and cartridge cases. Material 2.0335 is preferred when high formability and aesthetic surface quality are required.
